These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who uses the Gold365 platform. By registering an account, accessing any feature, or placing a bet, you accept these terms in full. Read them carefully before proceeding.
Age Requirement
Gold365 is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and will permanently close any account belonging to a person under 18.
You are responsible for verifying that online betting is permitted in your location before using Gold365. The platform does not offer legal guidance, and accessing it from a jurisdiction where online betting is restricted is done entirely at your own risk.
Account Rules
Every user is allowed one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may lead to suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not disclose your account ID, username, or password to any other person. Gold365 accepts no liability for losses, bets, or transactions resulting from unauthorised access caused by shared or compromised credentials.
If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact the support team on WhatsApp immediately. They will freeze the account and begin an investigation.
Deposits
Deposits are processed through the WhatsApp support channel. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are communicated by the agent handling your transaction.
Every deposit must originate from an account or payment method registered to the Gold365 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Funds that have been used for betting activity are non-refundable.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are submitted through WhatsApp. Gold365 may verify your identity before releasing any withdrawal. This can include confirming your account details or requesting supplementary verification.
All payouts are made to the registered account holder only. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed. Processing times depend on demand and the selected payment method, though the platform aims to complete all withdrawals as promptly as possible.
Betting Rules
Every bet placed on Gold365 is subject to the specific rules of the relevant market and event. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed unless the market rules explicitly provide for it.
Gold365 reserves the right to void bets under these circumstances:
- Clear pricing errors where the odds were obviously incorrect when the bet was placed
- Technical malfunctions that affected market availability or odds calculation
- Suspected manipulation of markets, odds, or event outcomes
- Duplicate bets generated through system errors
When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the account balance.
Settlement criteria, dead heat rules, and event abandonment policies are determined on a per-market and per-event basis. If you are unsure how a particular market settles, ask the support team before placing your bet.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly forbidden on Gold365:
- Registering or operating more than one account
- Deploying automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place wagers
- Attempting to manipulate odds, markets, or event results
- Submitting false or misleading information during registration
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without written authorisation from Gold365
- Colluding with other users to exploit market conditions
- Accessing the platform while under the minimum legal betting age
Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform. Gold365 exercises sole discretion in enforcing these measures.
Platform Availability
Gold365 delivers its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain continuous access, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Gold365 is not liable for losses or missed betting opportunities caused by:
- Internet connectivity problems on your end
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows
- Server outages or technical failures outside the platform’s control
- Device or browser compatibility issues
All betting decisions are yours. Gold365 does not provide tips, predictions, or betting recommendations. Every wager is placed at your own risk and judgment.
Intellectual Property
All content on Gold365 — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is owned by Gold365 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or republishing any platform content without prior written permission is prohibited.
Responsible Gambling

You may request temporary or permanent account closure at any time by contacting the support team on WhatsApp.
Data Handling

Amendments
